With the Park-Daddy's assistance, users can efficiently utilize their garage space to store items such as bicycles, motorcycles, freezers, lawn mowers, and work benches. Unlike expensive vehicle options like park distance monitoring or parking cameras, the Park-Daddy is the best precision garage parking aid, allowing users to set a garage door clearance with as little as one inch. The system is also suitable for backing in RVs.

The Park-Daddy is easily installed in just minutes. It consists of two Infrared Head Units that mount to the garage walls just inside the garage door opening, using either peel-off mounting tape or two screws for easy removal. The system requires four D-size batteries, which can last up to one year or more. Additionally, the system comes with one RF Radio Receiver that conveniently plugs into a car's cigarette lighter power port.

When the car approaches the garage door opening, the RF Radio Receiver will sound an adjustable tone and illuminate a "red" LED to indicate that the infrared beams have been broken. As soon as the car clears the garage door opening, the sound will stop, and the LED will change to "green," notifying the driver that it is safe to park the car in that position, leaving the maximum amount of room in front of the vehicle.

The Park-Daddy system can be expanded to accommodate up to a 4-vehicle/4-stall garage with the purchase of additional PDY-BA-RFR Park-Daddy Radio Receivers. This feature allows users to maximize the space in their garage while minimizing the wasted space behind their vehicles, all with the help of this precision parking aid.
